Affiliate & Referral Earnings Terms

These Affiliate & Referral Earnings Terms (“Affiliate Terms”) govern participation in the LKA.ovh referral and affiliate program. By participating, you agree to comply with these terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Program Overview

LKA.ovh offers a referral-based earning system where users may earn rewards when they refer new users or generate qualifying traffic through approved methods.

Earnings may be generated from:

• Valid unique clicks
• Approved traffic views
• Referral-generated activity

All earnings are subject to validation, aggregation, and fraud review.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the affiliate or referral program:

• You must have an active LKA.ovh account
• Your account must be in good standing
• You must comply with all platform policies

LKA.ovh reserves the right to deny or revoke participation at any time.

3. Valid Traffic Requirements

Only legitimate human traffic qualifies for affiliate or referral earnings.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Automated traffic, bots, scripts, or emulators
• VPNs, proxies, or anonymized traffic sources
• Forced clicks, iframe traffic, or pop-unders
• Incentivized or misleading traffic
• Self-referrals or artificial account creation

4. IP Monitoring & Anti-Fraud Controls

LKA.ovh actively monitors traffic to prevent abuse.

Anti-fraud measures include:

• IP tracking and rate analysis
• Duplicate click detection
• Behavioral pattern analysis
• IP blacklisting and account scoring

Traffic flagged as suspicious or fraudulent will not generate earnings.

5. Earnings Calculation

Affiliate and referral earnings are calculated based on verified activity.

Rates may vary depending on:

• Traffic quality
• Geographic origin
• Advertiser demand
• Platform performance

Displayed earnings are estimates until finalized.

6. Earnings Aggregation

To ensure accuracy and scalability:

• Earnings may be aggregated daily
• Multiple events may be combined into summary records
• Historical data may be recalculated after audits

Final earnings are those reflected in the account balance after validation.

7. Payouts & Withdrawals

Affiliate earnings are subject to:

• Minimum payout thresholds
• Manual review before approval
• Compliance and fraud checks

LKA.ovh reserves the right to delay, adjust, or deny payouts resulting from suspected violations.

8. Abuse, Violations & Penalties

If abuse is detected, LKA.ovh may:

• Reverse affiliate earnings
• Withhold pending payouts
• Disable referral links
• Suspend or terminate accounts

Serious violations may result in permanent banning.

9. Reporting Abuse

Affiliate abuse or suspicious activity may be reported to:

10. Program Changes

LKA.ovh may modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program at any time, with or without notice.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.

11. No Guarantees

Participation does not guarantee earnings.

Traffic quality, advertiser demand, and compliance determine outcomes.
